To access Torzon Market, you must use the Tor Browser. This is a modified version of Firefox designed to route your traffic through the Tor network.

Steps:

1. Download the Tor Browser from the official torproject.org website. Do not download from third-party sites.
2. Extract the archive and run the executable file.
3. Once open, copy our official .onion address from our home page or secure directory.
4. Paste the address into the Tor Browser's address bar and press Enter.
5. You are now connected securely.

Warning: If the site does not load, your ISP may be blocking Tor traffic. Try using a VPN before launching Tor.

The .com address is our standard website accessible via regular internet. The .onion address is the darknet version that can only be accessed via the Tor Browser. We recommend using the .onion address for maximum anonymity as it masks your IP address from our servers.

Phishing is common in the darknet. To verify:

• Always use our official .onion link.
• Check the URL carefully for typos (e.g., torzon.onion vs torzon.onion).
• Compare the visual design with screenshots on our About page.
• Use a PGP key if available for sensitive interactions.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Even if someone steals your password, they cannot log in without the code from your authenticator app.

1. Go to Account Settings > Security.
2. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Authy.
3. Enter the generated code to save settings.

Torzon Market primarily accepts Bitcoin (BTC). We also support Ethereum (ETH) and USDT (Tether) for transactions. All payments are processed directly on the blockchain.

Deposits are usually instant. Withdrawals can take between 1 to 10 minutes depending on network congestion.

When you make a purchase, the funds are held in a Multi-Signature (Multi-sig) Escrow wallet. The funds are not released to the vendor until you confirm receipt of the product and mark the order as "Delivered".

This protects both parties: the buyer is sure they will get their goods, and the vendor is sure they will get paid.

Most vendors use standard postal services (USPS, Royal Mail, etc.). Packages are usually discreet and unmarked. For international orders, shipping times vary by country but typically range from 3 to 14 business days.

If goods were not delivered or match the description, you can open a dispute. Our support team will review the evidence (tracking numbers, messages, photos) and make a fair decision based on our terms.
